We may have been a bit guilty of putting the cue in the rack early and looking towards next week

Yep spot on.

Reality is we weren't going to be beaten in these conditions a long way out from home.

Those demanding a 10 goal win clearly have never played wet weather football themselves.

Agree. Just shows how dangerous these risks are. Being a heavy ground, I though some of our players were getting tired. Lucky Baker was last in line in that late play otherwise they would've kicked another goal.

Ross was cooked before the end of the third, they were running around him and he couldn't get onto the ball when put out in front of him.

Understandably hes underdone after injury.

Nank and Ross got through and thank dog they were available.

So Dusty and Cotch come back? BEllis and Baker?

Thought we were good first half. Their midfield got well on top second half. With Lambert down we only really had Prestia doing a fantastic effort against the flow/

Thought Broad and Castagna had a lot of very ordinary moments. BEllis not far behind.

Bolton much better sharing of the ball but the 100 metre penalty was pure selfishness.

That was the loss we were expecting before the finals.
Carlton were rubbish, we were worse.

That was ego, needs to remove it from game. Unlucky to get a high free againsts, they didnt pay it much all day and i dont think it was high anyway, then just reacted twice. Umps found it easy to pay frees to the blues after half time.

Yeh, game day threads are good for a laugh after the game only. Moronic thread to follow during a game.
