Hopefully Marlion will be able to earn extra money by signing memorabilia.

One year is fine. If he performs well he'll be signing a pretty lucrative contract to see out his career.

Looking at the tigers team stat's from the game. Dusty, Vlastuin, Prestia, Pickett all had 22 disposals and the time-on-ground was similar for the first three...86%, 89%, 87% but Pickett was very different. He was only on the ground 66% of the game time. He really made max use of his time on the ground, what a find.

Not sure giving a 27yo a contract 24 times longer than his current service is smart. ;)

A good year in 2020 may get him a 2 year extension on some good $$$. that would take him to 30-31yo post the end of next season. ORRRR if there is a desire to return back to WA in 2021, Lets have a chat Freo and WC!!!! a similar Tim Kelly scenario but either way our gamble here may keep paying off over then next few years all going well.

3 sons and a daughter who just love kicking the footy. We need to keep Marlion for at least 100 games

Anyone read Fathead McGuane's comments on us in today's Hun?

"Pickett is a very, very good player or the competition's slipping" (or words to that extent)

They just can't resist....

He's already said he doesn't want to play for anyone but us.

Yep said Richmond is it for him they showed faith in him and have helped him move his entire family over.

The fans love him now hes a cult hero and a Tiger for life and for all history of the RFC.

Said emphatically he will only play AFL footy for the RFC.
