No Cafe visits, but they can Uber Eats for the vanilla slices.

and what if some filthy uber bloke snots all over your baked goods?

have they come up with UberSterile yet?

I honestly don't get how this stuff works.

not many people have hermetically sealed houses/workplaces.

or do RFC lead the world and have a huge club autoclave as well?

Always ahead of the curve. Tigers training on the Gold Coast for playing footy during the coronavirus era. Number 13 is in the bag!

You're obviously a "non-essential visitor"...!

So they are protecting the players from being exposed to the filthy scum of society. How on earth are they going to play Carlton next week?

It's really quite simple, eZ. You hit 'reply', cut/copy the text that appears in the 'post reply' box, open the thread you want to post it in, and paste it in the box there.

Restriction on attendance at some point is a rolled gold certainty, so you might want to get as many games in as you can before the inevitable. You might even catch the disease and contribute toward trigger point activation!

As long as we get to see the Tige's smash Carlton in round 1

I get the whole risk mitigation and worst case scenario planning, and the community health priority. I also understand that the circumstances are unprecedented. But to be honest, I’d rather no games at all than having games played before completely empty stadiums. The crowd element is the core fabric of our game and any situation that necessitates the exclusion of this element renders the game meaningless in my book. Just my opinion ☹️.

Always looking to find a positive out of a bad situation.
If games are played without or with restricted crowds, it would reflect on GIll's big fat salary and the bonus he gets for crowd numbers etc. That's got to be a positive doesn't it.

They should fill the stadiums with dummies and play crowd noise over the loud speakers.

For all those thinking this is an over reaction, looking at the AFLs love of the $$$, do you really think they would consider losing considerable revenue all because of made up hype? Seriously?
