The fact that we have so few votes is because of the way we play. I have looked at our games many times and struggled to find stand out players but when we play well it’s pretty easy to find 7-10 who could be listed in the best.
Wasnt there a game we won late in the year where no Richmond player had 20 possessions or more?

This is why l was not upset with Richmond players missing all Australian selection.
We are a team.

Worse Brownlow winner since Brian Wilson.
A midfielder that gets heaps of the ball but struggles to influence games.
He should give it back.
Embarrassing winner

He was getting 3 votes for turning up.
You know that with the 1 vote he got in our game.
He wasn't the best 10th player on the ground that night.
The umpires need to stop giving the votes

Congratulations to him for winning the midfielders medal

A mixed blessing really.

He won by so far that it says the Lions midfield lacks true depth. A real problem if you think that you are fighting for a flag

Huge win and well deserved.
Sounds a decent bloke. They dont get to AFL standard by accident. (Made me think of the guns I played with at school who got only as far as u19 where they were spat out in a hurry)
Quite a few country blokes have won this in recent years, but none of them talk like Terry Daniher.
Did his wife have a twin sister there?
And with next best Lion only polling 9'he didn't have anyone stealing votes from him. Congratulations to him.

I'd rather watch an episode of a talk show called 'How good am I?' featuring Dangerfield, Steve Waugh and Tom Browne while Kelli Underwood commentates than anything to do with Mick Molloy. Predictable, unfunny, obnoxious pig of a man.
.so ur idea of footy comedy would be ......urr ive got nothin....wot dou laugh at?
