Leppa said on SEN that he would bring Stack back this week to help in the contest. He also said Grimes should play on Toby Greene and not let a Short or Houli spend any time on him.

Leppa and Daisy; the thinking person's commentators

can someone give them a breakfast slot.

& Stack to play !
Caddy has been given plenty of opportunities in various positions. It hasn't worked for some time now. Bachar has played 1 good game in the last 3.
We need a second ruck and third tall forward.
Perfect opportunity for CJ and Stacky, both highly skilled and with plenty of reasons to perform.
MRJ has the space and skill and would be just one of plenty of his age given the opportunity to shine, with not 2 but 3 tall forwards helping to bring the ball to ground.
Grimes a must.
Out
Bolton, Edwards plus Castagna to VFL and Houli to sub.

Along with Hodge and N Riewoldt, these two are the games pre-eminent commentators. Miles in front. No coincidence that they have all recently actually played the game.

Most opinions are valid for display on this site, surely? Irrespective of whether we agree with them or not.

If we are looking for a point of difference then Stack is our guy. He is the forgotten man.

The lack of games in the VFL haven’t helped but we need to throw the dice with him. Dynamic player who can play anywhere on the ground. But right now could be the tonic for that point of difference in our forward line.

He is best 22 for me.

He is the opposite of Castagna, cool composed and deadly in possession.

Sad to say it but I reckon if Stack cant get himself fit when there are spots available in the side then I can't see him working his way into the side this year when all our stars return. I know there hasn't been any VFL for three weeks but surely those not playing have been doing scrimmages and track work to maintain and/or increase fitness levels. It would have been good to hear reports of him knocking the doors down to get a game. I could be and hope I'm wrong.

Covid ruined his season again. Just as he was slowly finding form and conditioning in the vfl.

Settle down neysayers.
He was dynamic in a scrimmage match played yesterday between Essendon, North and us.
