There are better option midfielders out there at a cheaper price.

No thanks. Retaining Bolton is priority 1 & if we have cash left, we try for Cerra. Last thing we need is a slow, contested ball midfielder.

I reckon the intent of this is correct, we are looking for a midfield top up.

Cerra fits the bill, Mitchell not so unless he was extremely cheap, which I can't see happening.

I saw the segment and Tom Morris mentioned Richmond purely as a headline grab.
He thinks because we are locked and loaded with picks, we are prepared to off load them.
I think the club already knows who they want and have planned for this longer then 35 minutes ago.
My money would be on Cj and a pick for Tarranto or Green.
Tarranto has already held off talks with GWS.
Gws needs money for Kelly.

People would remember we would know 6 months out who we were after.
We would have more leaks then a broken dunny.
Not these days, everything is sealed.
We won't know who we are targeting till about 15 minutes past 10 on the 10th of October this year.
I can guarntee we will be active this year especially if we miss the GF.

For a bloke who's supposed to be an inside beast (fallacy) and is an average to worse user (cannot kick), he's second in the comp for uncontested possessions per game. Surrounded by good ball users Crumples, Merrett, Gaff, Whitfield, Seedsman, Duncan, Guthrie. Which one of these things is not like the others? Which one of these things is not the same?

Equal 36th for average contested possies. Not great when that's your one-trick, but ahead of any Tiger: Nank 43rd, Chimp 46th (coasting), Dusty equal 50th, Shai 52nd.

And 29 next year on top of everything else. Yeah nah.

Pretty confident Morris isn't the sort of journo anyone in the industry would confide something in. His *smile*!

Tom Morris is a peanut.
He was asked by Healy 'who's pushing this the player or the club"
He couldn't answer him.
He linked us to hawthorn purely because his paper boy mates Cal Twomey and Riley Beveridge told him we have 6 picks all under pick 50
