There was an article about his work at Sydney this year and players were praising him. Players coming back in great condition.
Very similar in what Broad said in 2017.
His understanding of injuries and recovery is sublime
Seems weird that he's Robinson Crusoe in terms of knowing how to rehab and strengthen injuries. Surely we have people at the club who saw and/or experienced what he did and how he worked so his methods can still be applied now at RFC. I don't buy this guru concept for something as basic as rehab and strength training given this is now 2021. Except of course if you are rehabbing with Prestia!

We live in an age of socialist experts. Therefore, if you hold a position of authority you are not questioned until you are sacked/leave. The new person is probably unchallenged at this point in time.

This is such an underrated post it isn't funny, tho in my experience you are questioned depending on who you are

I am a loss away from changing the name of this thread from 'Training for our Threepeat' to 'Training for Better Draft Picks' ;).

Main Training Today:

Prestia Lambert Soldo CJ Shedda Miller all in Rehab.
Broady and Mate` walked a lap only.
Not out there at all Balta & Houli.
Tigga only did warm up but then hit the sheds so has to be doubtful unless we are completely nursing him to the line.
Can't tell from training which way they are leaning on selection.
Only good news Nank seems to be good to go although he didn't do any contact ruck work.

Im not sure but JR seems to be saying only those who are challenged are challenged, and those who are not are not.
That is profound- Emma Murray guru *smile* right there.

@caesar, that has to the most depressing training report I've seen from you.

I have a feeling the last rites are about to be read on our season

If we lose to Collingwood this week finals are over IMO, following week i think all of Prestia, Lambert & Shedda will be back but we will be running into Brisbane and Geelong.

The official AFL adder predictor on my AFL app has us finishing 6th, then beating the Weagles, Dees, Cats then Lions.
If i change it to a loss this week we still finish 6th so our route to three-peat glory does not change.

Tho my confidence may waiver just a little.

I am sure the AFL app also had us beating St Kilda & Gold Coast.

Makes life tough when what, 11 or 12 of your best starting 22 are missing. We are faves this week v Collingwood, not sure why.

Have you seen Collingwood's team? If that is what Buckley had to work with I'm beginning to think he was harshly treated.
I would even back the Suns against them and the Suns are *smile*.

Pies only missing Daicos, Howe and Moore from their best 22.

I count 7 - Prestia, Lambert, Edwards, Houli, Balta, Broad, Soldo

the first 3 should return next week.

My bad, there was no good news :(. I did say Nank didn't do any contact ruck work which I threw in there as a Ryder.
