This kid reminds me of Johncock from Adelaide.
Attacks the contest hard and at pace. Better in the air though.
Will be an AA defender if they decide to settle him there.

I studied the replay again and am in awe of the games Stack, Rioli and Mansell played considering the time they’ve been together. Disposal efficiency off the charts.
Stack’s spoiling and defensive pressure on the contest was outstanding especially when the whips were cracking. He barely loses a contest. Got robbed for an incorrect disposal in the last quarter that should have been in his favour and followed up with a crude tackle but the intent was first class.

Had a very close look at Ross. Meh

How do you study a replay?

Stack actually has a pretty good spoiling technique. Hope he stays in the backline.

I think he’s got the talent to play anywhere , however I agree half back for me, works well for him to have a job on an opponent and then just ad his natural ball hunting nature

I think he's the most likely Houli replacement. Backline architect.
Just needs to keep building match fitness & want him to get to as many contests as possible cause he does real damage with the ball.

I absolutely love Houli the wonderful player and what an amazing Richmond man and role model to others he is. He also has an amazing finals record.
But Sydney Stack is a serious upgrade in natural football ability. He could be a star of the comp.
It’s all in his head.

You could be right but Rioli playing his first AFL off halfback looked the goods as well
Puts even more pressure on Stack to stay on the list. Looks like he knows it too the way he's performing (well) and presumably training

Big game needed from stacky.
Both teams will have a loose player in defense. We will hear the commentators talk all game about Tom Stewart.
We need more from Stack
