I see that the GF sprint will be made up of just WA players this year.

Lucky it's not Sleepy Hollow Covid free with the rest of the country under pestilence lockdown!

Imagine a GF spring with just Geelong players! The second have of the GF would be delayed! They'd have to do a magnetic sweep of the turf in case of loose nuts and bolts from the vigerous use of geriatric mobility equipment.

100%. I had an adverse reaction on my first AZ, had chills and fever for a few hours. Big deal. I'm vaccinated with immunity now, and I'll happily get a booster of whatever vaccine is recommended or available for me at the time.

The vast majority of "adverse reactions" are extremely minor and well-understood.

The comforting thing for me is most major side effects of vaccines occur within a few months, and the vaccines have been administered for over a year now.

Yes, there have been some minor issues for some people - but they’re not causing 30% of the population to mutate into frogs.

The vaccines have been out long enough now to dispel whatever logical fears of the unknown that might’ve been healthy 9 months ago. And we now know the virus is here to stay. So anti-vaxxers... it’s time to change your mind.

*There is still a very small risk that 30% of the population will eventually mutate into frogs in the future when their immune system is exposed to a currently unknown trigger, so I reserve the right to edit this post in the future, if I still have fingers.

That wasn't an adverse reaction. Someone poked a hole in your arm with a long n pointy thing. Of course you had a sore arm.

And yet that can be registered as an adverse reaction, and many of the 50,000 adverse reactions recorded would have been just that.

You’re kidding? They call that an adverse reaction. Bloody hell! I had a similar reaction to you to the first dose of AZ, but mine was milder. My wife had no reaction whatsoever to both doses of Pfizer. I’ve received both doses of AZ, and just like 123kid, I am yet to mutate into a frog.

will we need to be vaccinated to attend games in 2022 , does any one know whats going on
We can only hope that's the case. Anyone unvaxxed without a medical reason to not be should be revoked the right to medical treatment for COVID. Selfish aholes are putting other peoples lives at risk. Now is not the time to be a conscientious objector! Get *smile* vaxxed or be prepared to die a lonely and frightening death.

Couldn't have said it any better.

The more these lunatic tin foil hat wearing assholes push for their eccentric fringe beliefs, the more I feel like digging in against them. My kids are too young to be vaccinated. Why should they be placed unnecessarily at risk because of this stupidity.

The best protection from covid is catching covid. 10 times more protection than the vaccine. Funny how that does not count to get the Vax passport. Oh wait drug companies can't make money out of that!!

Absolute rubbish:

In today’s MMWR, a study of COVID-19 infections in Kentucky among people who were previously infected with SAR-CoV-2 shows that unvaccinated individuals are more than twice as likely to be reinfected with COVID-19 than those who were fully vaccinated after initially contracting the virus. These data further indicate that COVID-19 vaccines offer better protection than natural immunity alone and that vaccines, even after prior infection, help prevent reinfections.

Peddling bullsh1t really is counter-productive and I wonder why you are doing this.

If you do not agree with vaccines, or you’re like me where I believe in strengthening the immune system, you’re going to love this recent study done in Israel. The study answers the question of whether antibodies produced as a result of natural infection from COVID-19 offer more or less protection than those acquired through vaccination.

The study concluded that natural immunity confers longer-lasting and stronger protection against infection, symptomatic disease, and hospitalization caused by the Delta variant of SARS-CoV-2, compared with immunity induced from two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech two-dose vaccine.

Time to call time on this sort of drivel.

Wow, quoting a site called "nothings' incurable", yeah right. You can take your chances if you like.

By the way, when you get an infection, do you refuse antibiotics?

The anti-vaxxers are the sort of people that would head straight to the airport if the Chinese ever sailed into Port Phillip Bay. Don't give a fat rats clacker about anyone other than themselves.

True you are less chance to spread it. You could also still be carrying the virus though. It's far from a watertight scenario.
Are you going to lock vaccinated people out of shopping centres too?
Am curious. Where do you stop with the division? It will resemble a police state.
I want to be vaccinated. I want to be protected. I don't want a world where we are putting people in pigeon holes.
There are all sorts of decisions taken which limit movement and behaviour, to support public health and safety. Do we want to stop people who want to drive on the rhs of the road or perhaps closer to home, want to protest violently to express the extent of their anger.
I expect the AFL and sporting bodies generally, plus the retail industry, will soon mandate vaccination before allowing entry. And all of those possibilities will not bring us anywhere near resemblance to a police state.

Who is this Sean Martu preaching false hopes to the vulnerable? If you're going to make arguments at least quote someone who's qualified to do so. Some of Sean's wisdom:

Powdered black seeds can cure cancer and HIV. High bio-available magnesium cures a host of ailments including high blood pressure, restless arm syndrome, and anxiety. Female Infertility can be remedied by chaste berry. High dosage intake of Vitamin D 3 can reverse most if not all autoimmune diseases. This list goes on and on and on.

My passion is to assist in healing all the creatures of the earth, as a herbalist and spirit worker(shaman) I will aid you to help you help yourself to heal and to become whole within oneself physically and spiritually.
Whatsapp sessions will last exactly 1 hour, and E-mail sessions will consist of 10 consecutive E-mails within a 7 day period.

I ask myself after receiving multiple scam calls for fraudulent activity, arrest warrants, microsoft computer viruses, and others, who the hell falls for this to make it actually worthwhile to bother to call. And along comes TT2.

Dear Sir or Madam, a person proclaiming to be an expert on a health topic that promotes an opposing view to the actual scientific evidence AND has links to alternative products from which they receive a sales commission or sells goods as cures or preventions AND offers personal hourly rate therapy sessions online and via email IS NOT A VALID SOURCE OF FACTUAL INFORMATION.

I also love this from a search of Sean Martu and nothingsincurable from the US Federal Trade Commission - A lovely warning letter. https://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/warning-letters/warning-letter-nothingsincurablecom

To Whom It May Concern, This is to advise you that FTC staff has reviewed your website at https://www.nothingsincurable.com/ and your social media postings on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Sean-Martu-102336284722067/) on April 27, 2020. We have determined that you are unlawfully advertising that certain products treat or prevent Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Etc. Etc.

Sean Martu. I wonder if he has a genuine snake oil wagon from which he spruiks his wares? I can see TT2 front and centre with wads of bills in his hand.

And then the scammers keep calling me. They just found another dupe to keep the pack baying.
