Told you not to count those pesky loveable Red Sox out just yet !!!
Yeh, that’s what great about baseball. Anything can happen, hitters get on a roll and they start taking pitchers apart. In some ways it’s why I like the 7 game “GF’s” in baseball and basketball. The better team usually wins.

These last 2 TB v Red Sox matches have been epics. Well done Red Sox in recovering from the 1st game wipeout but TB certainly played their part in a contest decided by very fine margins..Wow!!!

Oh well it was a cracking season regardless. Never even thought for a minute we’d even get close to the playoffs let alone win the ALDS. Go Braves !!!

As Dimma said: "Sh!t happens"

Great performance by the Red Sox beating the Rays and holding up to the strongest team in the AL West for the last 6 or so seasons.

Damn it
Didn't want to see the cheats win
Oh well, looks like Dodgers are unlikely to win tommorrow with Mad Max not pitching
So unfortuante ending for all of us

I wouldn’t be writing those Todgers off just yet Dusty Dog. I’ve had an LA v Rays or Houston WS for some time so I‘m not prepared to jump off them yet.

Can you imagine the angst with a Dodgers v Asstrols WS ? Ha ha that would be epic !

Not all of us...but totally understand that everyone outside of Houston hate the Astros for sign stealing a few years back. I support them (and the Texans and Rockets who both suck at the moment) and was very happy to watch them win yesterday. Yes, I admit they cheated but still support them...I feel like an Essendon supporter saying that!

Anyway, one nice thing for Houston was that the most important players in the ALCS were non cheats in Alverez, Valdez, Garcia and Tucker.

Bring on the WS

Gee I tell you what Houston, there’s still a few people suggesting Valdez is a bit dodgy. After every pitch he goes to his left temple and the back of his neck. A few commentators (Boston ones admittedly) brought it up again the other day.

Good luck in the WS !

I support Houston as well, although it is largely because of Altuve.
