Again, Jack is just killing it on 360. The most at ease, interesting and relevant ex player they’ve got on there at the moment.

110% guaranteed future in the media.

Boy has come a long way.
Yep. Smart man who built his next job before retiring.

This story in the Hun about Blobbo having a six-bypass open-heart surgery. Just sickens me to imagine what people go through with these heart operations. Recently read that Pfizer might be causing some side-effects to heart inflammation.....I'm OK.....so far.

Robbo is a lucky man, glad he pulled through. But seeing this is the AFL360 thread, there is no denying the show was miles and miles better without Robbo.

Great read. Some of Robbo's best. Thinking he will scale back his work.

Yep.... Won't speak ill of the (nearly) dead...... agree 100%.
Guaranteed he starts his first show back with a sense of humility etcetera. ... then give it a couple of days and he'll revert to what he does worst:(

Yeah, actually felt a bit sorry for Blobby.

No surprise he's a single man though.

Chance of mycarditis from Pfizer is still an order of magnitude smaller than the chance of Myocarditis from actually getting Covid.

Also agree on carbs intake, particularly highly processed carbs. After losing around 20kg overseas on an Asian diet over three years, came back here in Jan and put about 15kg back on in 8 months, western fast food, too much processed bread, and bigger portions.

Cut all processed carbs last month and already feeling lighter and fitter.

Yeah, it is the processed foods which are the killer.

We don't eat much take-away but still probably too much in the way of processed foods. For many years we have used the package sauces for making pasta sauce, curries and the like. We add meat and veggies but still those sauces are processed. I reckon I've added at least 10Kg during lockdown as I normally cycle to work. What has changed lately is getting a Meniere's disease diagnosis which means I now look at anything I buy and go for the lowest sodium content I can find. Processed foods can lead to, or exacerbate, so many issues. At least I am finding some alternatives with much lower sodium, the curry packs where you cook up the spices and add a bit of sauce have far lower sodium.

Even with a diet where you prepare most of your own food it is hard to avoid processed foods because what is on offer at the supermarkets are some very good solutions to making a nice meal. Trouble is they are very much processed food with all the issues that come with it.

Missing the finals has made it a long offseason.

It's been that long that I'm missing Whateley and starting to have kind thoughts about Robinson:vomit
