Fast forward to 2017 AGM, another guy got up, referenced the previous years question & said, just pay him whatever he bloody wants

Hated the idea of him becoming a hack leader following on from Vlad and Gill the Dill. Especially when there is so much more to achieve at Tigerland both on and off field.

We have the best leadership team of any club and there is no reason yet to change it.

Wouldn't that be ironic. ..... Brendon running the new club and potentially, the inaugural Gold Coast CEO Travis Auld heading up the AFL. ..!
On second thoughts, Auld will probably install his brother in the gig. .... who I believe has already had one crack at *smile* up Tassie football and is now at the AFL running errands for McLachlan.

Because of a club rule or law?
Sorry, this is wrong.

If you have the best person in the job they should stay and not leave because of some regeneration attempt.
If it ain't broke...

I understand the downside of this like in politics eg the Russian dude, Vlad.
And just recently the China bloke.
Power hungry, etc. etc.

This does not apply to our wonderful Peggy.
Moving her on because she has reached the end of a specified term is just wrong.
