Federal Hearing now on. Kelly again hearing Novax's appeal. You would think the length of time to make the decision was due to making sure the process was correct this time.

What a joke. Not one of these blokes can deliver a straight sentence.

Translation:
Judge bloke: If this leaves this court I have no control over another judge.
Lawyer bloke: Don’t let it leave this court. Can you please deal with it now? We won’t take long. Let him out so he can get some feeds and a sleep and wander around.
Judge bloke: Help me out here. I need a reason to do it.
Lawyer bloke: Don’t let the Government lawyer bloke speak. He bad juju. We really want you to deal with it. Naughty boys in Canberra waited until tea time. They need to be punished.

Seriously, who would get a first appeal so quickly ….and then a second appeal within hours as well ?

What a disgrace this is when you consider battered refugees locked up for eons while waiting appeal.

How hard is it for the Judge bloke to ask the right question.

Did your client make a fraudulent declaration on a legal document prior to entering Australia?

Surely the judge bloke knows how to frame this question. What a bunch of weasel waffle.

Edit: I now see why he won’t ask the question. He doesn’t want to. Judge bloke has gone to bat for Novax. He is now raising a defence case against the bad juju Govt lawyer on a vax tangent. Shut up judge bloke. Just hear the freaking facts and do the proper thing.

Because he doesnt want to ask the right question. He has a pre determined mindset.

There should be a review of Kelly himself.

l reckon he's got a kindred soul in Novax, as he comes across like his *smile* don't stink either.

He'll end up being the greatest pariah since John Kerr if he overturns this decision.

Tennis is the most individual sport in the world. I mean who really gives a flying *smile*?

Anyone know whether the bands are playing at AO this week or are they canned? if so that will be disappointing.

If Novax had even half a normal quota of perspective and empathy,

He could check-mate Morrisson in one move, and win his 10th beijing open.

'I would like to apologies to,and reiterate my respect for, the Australian people, whilst denouncing Australias immigration laws and federal govt in the strongest possible terms. I am presenting this blank cheque to my lawyers, to represent every refugee in Australian gaol (sic), who are experiencing orders of magnitude more injustice than me. Thank you'
