Pressure lifted and momentum all with us. But the umpires are doing all they can to keep the Hawks in it.

Yep we owned it 2nd half of the quarter. Stopped Hawks from chipping it around and making it a fast game. A few injury woes for Hawks. Maybe that will even out the umpire bias.

Castagna is a tackling lunatic, it's the best half of zero tackles I've ever seen.

How bad is it, that 2 poor umpiring calls have both led to 50m penalties for the Hawks. Is this seriously what people want from our game?? Brad Scott should be strung up in Yarra Park for this ridiculous rule. Not only now are you screwed by either conceding a free or not getting 1 due to umpire incompetence, you then lose so much ground position for having the audacity to either question their poor decision, or playing on when it clearly wasn't a free for them.

only an autocracy like the AFL would think a rule banning questioning is a good idea. As much as we will miss him, B Gale simply has to be the next Chief. A breath of fresh air and reality.
