He would be a great fit for Sydney and if he really wants to go, let him go. He owes us nothing. Buddy will retire soon and Sydney has always needed a marque player.

Given DM's outstanding football resume and he is still a contracted player, they would have to come up with a "very good" deal....

Would either side have to come up with a good very good deal knowingly that we would grant Dustys wishes after what he's done for us?

I think due to his layoff he's going to be playing more forward, and that could be a blessing in disguise. We've got the best forward line in the league at the moment, Teague has done a great job so far.

Still not doing a great deal but still can turn on the magic when needed. The team just seem a bit better when he is lurking around the oval.
Can only get better and will !
Such a team first player who looks to bring others into the game.

It shows how good Dustin is, when we think a 20 disposal, 3 goal, 10 score involvement game playing 70% as a forward is "not doing a great deal".

Definitely more offensive than defensive which doesn’t get mentioned much but Bolton gets mentioned.

Bolton and Dusty are on 2 consecutive weeks of 20 disposals and a goal/s.

Yep. Basically a small forward, as you say, 3 goals, goal assist, 10 score involvements. For any other forward that would have been a top day out.

Tony Sheahan. We can do a bit better than that can't we? He's about as reliable as a chocolate teapot.

Covert?

Looks like the AFL have been hatching this plan for a while and leaking like a siv to promote it.
