That tackle on Cripps was as perfect as you can get on a 195cm midfielder.
Yeh, almost no one else in our side makes that tackle. Maybe Nank, although he would have taken him high.

Forget the great Michael Holding!!

There is a new "Whispering Death" that roams the MCG these days.

#50.

"Beware the quiet blokes" my dad always taught me. "They are the ones you need to be careful of not the big mouths or the show off"!

Marlion Pickett is as great an advertisement for that saying that you would ever see. He's Kostya Tszyu like mild mannered quietly going about his business then he hurts you!!

Tom Lynch also has a fair bit of Red Line in him too, once he's hit red he shows his other side.

They both were well into it last night.

Marlion Picketts hard edge and run is invaluable to this side.

Ha Ha ha Bodyslammed him.

Bret "the Hitman" Hart would've been impressed by Marlions "Exce;llencve of Execution"! :mhihi

Wankers will probably try and get him booked for a dangerous tackle next.

Ralphsmith appears to have the wheels for the wing role, still gathering the footy smarts. In theory I would love to see Pickett in the middle but Kmac and Marlion provide a lot of stability and running on the outside. Is there a better wing combination in the AFL right now? Can't take away one of our strengths.

The other thing I noticed with Marlion was during the fracas at the end of the 3rd silvagni came running in and grabbed him with the obvious intent to drag him out and throw him to the ground.
He couldn’t move him.
Jeez he’s a strong bugger.

Yeah I saw that too. Pickett's the hardest man in the AFL. Love that we have him.

Yep. The immediately after, JS mouthing off, not looking convincing, Marlion just calmly eyeballs him. Enjoyed it.
