Hewett at 12 is massive unders.
He wasn't that great in the last 2 champs matches ,a few pieces of good work here and there ,but nothing consistent .
I agree though 12 seems unders.
Hollands is the one who we might look at ,he is a excellent runner ,and has really good skills .
Brayden George might be another around our pick, but he played some excellent football before he was injured ,clubs would remember that .

The usual suspects were good in the nab cup over the weekend ,Sheezel,Ashcroft ,Clark ,Cadman was very good .
Lewis Hayes is playing really good football ,he intercepts and marks really well,a few boys went back to there natural position ,Hugh bond was very good back in the midfield for the rebels ,he runs all day his tackling and pressure is just constant ,and he wins the clearances .
James van es is like a rock down back,l have heard a few clubs have already met with him .

Just with a bit of a Tiger connection ,Tom Bower ,Nathans son is playing really good football,he is really fast and not bad overhead ,his skills seem good ,the downside is he is probably a little outside and he needs to build up,he is 179cm 71kg ,but he can play, would be a wing/hf at AFL level, plays for Oakleigh chargers.

Started really well but has dropped off as the Crows have dropped away. He will be a very good player

I think Sheezel is better ,he can be damaging in the midfield ,and is a excellent forward .
Their were comparisons with Rachelle and Brayden George ,but George is a better kick and mark

Your man Hagan was good in the wa/sa match on the weekend, drifted out a little in a couple of quarter's ,but over all he has had a really good carnival ,playing in a few positions.

No way Hewett goes as late as pick 12. Interesting to see Twomey has my boy Ginbey at 10 - ideal candidate for us if we keep our first, unless Cadman is somehow still there.
Operation “get Cadman”.
Must draft a developing tall.
Reminds me of Tex Walker with brains

Thoughts on Adam D'Aloia? Might he slip to our 2nd? Wasn't named in Twomeys top 25 which I think is the 1st time I haven't seen him in a 25.

I'd trade our second for Crouch, and use our first two picks on tall or mid or 2 mids.

Cadman, Hustwaite/Szybkowski or Hollands at 19 plus Crouch.

With Adelaide pushing Crouch out, we shouldn't have to pay anywhere near a 2nd for him. You'd think a future 3rd or 4th would get it done as they are clearly dumping him.

Also noticed Lemmey seems to have fallen on a lot of peoples draft boards, are the SA kids all dropping in the draft rankings?

Question for those big draft watchers, do you think this draft is looking really good? If so, would you try and move one of our picks out of 2023 and bring into 2022?

Is the draft really good? It's good but I wouldn't call it really good. Top 3 are really good IMO. Ashcroft, Wardlaw (I love that name) and Sheezel. Then there's a blanket over 12 then it's super open. I consider it this way, if Caddy, Watson and Reid were in this draft, they'd be top 10 picks.

Lemmey has gone from looking like a top 5 pick at the start of the year to a second-rounder, he's still worth the punt.

That Reuben Giblet bloke has to come under strong consideration. Got a head on him fit to give Aus kickers screaming nightmares.

I hope we have our eyes on Fraser (with one of our late picks or perhaps a rookie pick), looks a likely type.

Latest game V Williamstown:
Fraser Elliot (26 disposals, six inside-50s, five clearances)

"Had a great game. He was really clean in and around contests and he had a big impact on the game around stoppage. He's a big 19-year-old kid who is progressing nicely."

Do you reckon Giblet's mum had to tie a giblet around his neck so the dog would play with him.

I'm hoping we can get him with our first pick.
