Terrific effort. Out of the game for much of it but he keeps trying in a Royce kind of
way.

Has a defensive role on Allir and did well. Then once Allir got moved to Lynch, Cumberland got more offensive and hit the scoreboard. Did his job perfectly.

The kid just has it.

Loved his goal bumping off the port player and driving the goal. Demands the ball.

Only had the ball once in the first half and that was a kick in mid air but the little things he does is just so good. Great 2nd half with 9 disposals.

Good players have a plan for the ball. Cumberland has a prophesy.

Has played 5 games for a total 13 goals 10 behinds and a lazy 15 tackles - that’s what I call a decent return from a player.

He has only kicked the ball 39 times - so he scores a goal with his every third kick - he is becoming a lethal player in hitting the scoreboard and providing forward pressure. No wonder we are looking so much more balanced in attack and a huge upgrade on poor ol Georgie boy.

The smother outside of the slipper volley goal?

Hit the post. Not a god. Just a prophet.

In addition to everything else you have all written, what I love about him is that he is a pretty good bloody kick !

that 40 metre kick to Bolton in the last quarter to help set up Bolton's goal would have been mucked up by half our squad, perfectly weighted by Noah.

Didn’t have it his way early doors and delivery to him was shizen even though we had a plan to lower the eyes.

Didn’t lose heart and plugged away. In the end both he and the team got reward.

Valuable lesson, just as important as last week.
