I reckon he did that stomach surgery can’t lose that much in such short time just from eating good
Why would you post that?... or do we just file it under @Tigers4... Making more *smile* up!
You go on about how you're in the know about stuff when the only stuff you really know is two 5ths of stuff all..!
Neil Balme has said on multiple occasions of recent times he had experienced some major health issues and is now well.
As he or anyone else doesn't need to know what my health history is.... I wouldn't speculate on his.
Let's celebrate his life in football, what he's done for the club past and present. .... and hope he stays on planet Richmond for as long as he wants!

yeah you can

Yeah you can. He's been on that diet (or whatever) since last season, I saw him regularly round PRO on my long dog walks, he'd always say hello or wave if I nodded to him. Looked good last year, possibly lost even more now.

He hasn’t lost the weight overnight you realise?
He was walking around the boundary before the flag raising ceremony in round one and was getting a few comments from the crowd.

Sausage? Or just an ordinary dog with a lengthy torso?

Both. Diet and exercise. Get the heart pumping, sweat on the bike and treadmill and you'll see the benefits arrive

Unfortunately most energy burnt through exercise is quickly replaced through increased appetite. Eat a carb free diet high in animal fats and protein and you can sit on the couch and watch the number on the scales shrink rapidly. Not that I’m against exercise, but it’s been proven to be highly ineffectual for weight loss.

Nuh, not my style. I love exercise and don't believe in these man-shakes bs. We need carbs, proteins and even some fat to live. Each to their own I guess.

It depends. If you eat shortly after exercise, it provides you with the energy required, but with little fat stored as your elevated heart rate and metabalism will continue to burn for around an hour and a half after intensity training.

I used to cycle on the road, and it was primarily good for toning, but little weight loss. I rarely ride on the road these days but do high intensity training twice a week (I now some do a lot more than that). Not only does it burn fat, but it burns it from the right areas as well, something other exercise regimes don't do.

Covid wasn't great for me as I don't train a lot at home, I pushed up to about 98kg during Covid but since then am back down below 90kg at a much healthier level and haven't done a lot to my diet. I still eat carbs, I still eat biscuits, I still crisps, chocolate and takeaway when I feel like it, but I feel my stomach slimmed right down, its quite flat now compared to a bit of a dad bod gut through covid. My arms are stronger and toned.

I do 2 HIT sessions per week and I've been doing body balance now for about 9-12 months which is great for the stomach with the ab workouts you get and is great for toning the arms / legs with the amount of yoga / leg strength that is done. I find this balance works really well for me personally, but everyone is different.

Fair enough but I was talking about extreme weight loss not everyday living. I would never promote those shakes either.
