Broady is a 3 x Premiership player and just had his best year of footy. He will be first on Dimma's team sheet each week (well, maybe 10th...)
And as if Tarrant won’t be full back, was very very good once he got used to our system. Played with a broken hand last 8 weeks or so too.

If we had grabbed Logue, Kane Cornes would've lost his *smile*. It just goes to show we have money in the kit bag, salary cap under control.

North Melbourne has held off Richmond’s strong interest to win a commitment from Griffin Logue, who wants to become a Kangaroo.

The Tigers have already convinced Giants midfielders Tim Taranto and Jacob Hopper to request a trade to Punt Road on respective seven-year deals.

It would have been a huge task for Richmond list boss Blair Hartley to add Logue on top of that duo, with only picks 12, 19 and 30 as major currency this year and the ability to offer a future first-round selection.

North Melbourne holds the first pick in the pre-season draft, so attempting to snare Logue that way was not an option for the Tigers, but they were in the race for a long way.

They are thrilled with the progress of young swingman Noah Balta and first-year top-10 pick Josh Gibcus, so still have significant building blocks for the future.
Hope Zips is going to read this, especially about Balta. After the nonsense he posted on Balta's thread.

Didn’t want to start another thread for what will be shut down very quickly :))

Im far from a fan , however a tall that can play either end and has rucked , most importantly as a back up key forward that would come cheap is Schache , chances are Mr Balme wouldn’t even consider him , however I think he wouldn’t be a bad option and has apparently been in great form at VFL level.

Steaming *smile* of a player.

Has no discernible footballing ability whatsoever.

Delist.
1. Agreed.
2. He is a reliable set shot kick, but his ability to get the ball usually prevents him from demonstrating this.
3. Agreed. Hope he just played his last senior game for us.

I don't think he has ever tried to use his body to initiate contact with another body on the AFL field. He can't have spent multiple years in two different club environments and not have had at least one coach mention this issue. But here we are today and he still has NFI.

We were right into Schache a few years back when he wanted out of Brisbane. Apparently it progressed to the stage of him meeting coaches/list manager from our club mid season. It did not go well. Word is he broke down in tears in the meeting when challenged on certain aspects of his game.

Based purely on what I’ve seen, he is the worst thing you can be as a key position player in the AFL - timid. Hard no.

To quote Mr Brightside days , he said the same about Roughead and also said Stengle would be our best small forward , however this time I think he’s finally lost the plot

Geez, there’s an exodus at Freo, Darcy Tucker wants out, Meek wants out, Lobb wants out, Logue wants out and Blakely has been cut.
