One for the good guys, I'm sick of flogs with their heads up their arse winning it like Diverfield, Fyfe & Judd.

Very worthy winner. Carried a crap team for years, tough as nails and spoke like a humble champion.

They should just abandon the fairest bit anyway. McKernan and Grant to be retrospectively awarded medals.
An old perennial chestnut, agree but can't see it.. The Brownlow is flawed in so many ways, once you pull at the thread it would unravel pretty quick.

The home of Dusty
The thing I admire most about Cripps is his massive heart.

Just played on sheer willpower to force his team forward for a long time with not much support.

He's not one of these soft-*smile* who leave a weak team or go running home like a homesick grade 6 kid either, even though he could have many times. Has great character.

For the punters, Karl Amon was $250-1 to be Ports leading vote winner. He polled three 3-voters where he didn't get a coaches vote.
Makes a mockery of the umpires voting. It'll be interesting to see where he ends up in the B&F.
