Well I was hoping we wouldn’t have to use this but I think there’s only one way now we can stop the Cats from winning the flag …..over to you @Tigers of Old to work your magic :))

The Swans just had 18 scoring shots in the first half against one of the most talented interceptor backlines in the league.

Kick straight in Q1 and Q2 and Collingwood had no sniff.

The Cats won't have it all their own way next week.

Sydney in with a genuine chance imo although they will be hurt badly if Reid doesn't play .

It is a 60-40 game in Geelong's favour I reckon. To beat Geelong you have to stop them playing keepings off with genuine pressure and you have to man them up in the back half, which is why Reid is important.

Reid is a big loss, but it might force Longmire to rejig for mobility and speed.

Something Chris Scott may not be able to account for in time.

Putting out an official amber alert for many on PRE.

This is going to be a difficult week for you. Take sensible precautions such as avoiding all media and consider self isolating to avoid contact with Geelong supporters.

Now is the time to consider an evacuation plan should the worst happen on Saturday and you need to hide out until March 2023.
In the interests of Public Health, surely Dan has a mandatory Self Isolation Plan to bestow upon us.

The first step of which might be the cancellation of the upcoming public holidays. Or do we require a full on meeting of the National Cabinet?? Oops, Albo, the Republican, is on an overseas jaunt/mission representing us In london.

Dan take charge of the situation and show leadership when it matters most.

This is the face of a Geelong supporter watching the last minutes of the Preliminary final between Collingwood & Sydney.
Praying not to play Collingwood.

Besides us, Collingwood were the only team that could beat the cants at the G. Can't see the swans doing it.

I guess for the next few days they are the Geelong Might-be-able-tos. Technically.

Not many teams win 16 games in a row. That is a lot of pressure.

Not at all, it's a flag like any other flag. I'd rather be us as well.

I'm just poking fun at the ridiculous amount of dislike that goes towards Geelong on here. Them being in the Grand Final is pretty funny in that context.

I'm prepared to initate full media blackout for at least 7 days starting 5pm Saturday - or earlier if necessary.

Until then it's CHEER CHEER THE RED AND THE WHITE

but 15 in a row is routine?
No. Just saying they are due a loss. The more games you win in a row, the closer you are getting to your next loss.

just clutching at straws. They will romp it in, unfortunately. In my opinion only, of course.

That's how I think about my punting .... the more losses in a row I have the closer I am to my next winner.

Tactics: Geelong are in a rhythm . The best way to break their rhythm is early in the first quarter by downing two to three players.

Dangerfield would be my first choice as he is so desperate for a flag.A couple of nicely placed bumps early would rattle him.
Same for a confidence player in Miers. And finally a nicely aimed tackle causing a corked thigh for Hawkins would definitely make things interesting.
