Mansel ross and graham
Over
Cumberland sonsie and clark

I can just live with graham over sonsie..
But graham was woeful and sooooo slow to..shocking disposal into 50...
Just absolutely rubbish comment about Jack Graham and if you actually believe it then you don’t understand football! 20 possessions, 8 tackles (equal 2nd) and 283 metres gained!! AFL.com and herald sun best players! Seriously it’s ok to discuss selection but get your facts right!!

Agree I was worried about his selection but he is so professional- maybe Mansell can her get to this level one day

Mansell is a state league player. Bewildering selection decision. Cumberland or Clarke should have played instead.

I’m gunna guess it’ll be a 1 week experiment with one of those 2 coming in.

Hope so. But Hooch is nothing if not stubborn. He has his favourites.

Well to be fair to Dimma it has worked for him in the past. Not convinced Mansell is a long term answer but I didn't think he was as bad as some are making out. He was still running hard in the last quarter whereas M.Rioli was gassed and cramping up. Hoping that we'll see Clarke take that role eventually this season, if not the wing should Marlion be out for awhile - fingers crossed he's not though.

Yeah it has but the game has changed since 2020. SHocking has seen to that. The stand rule has almost made the pressure forward irrelevant. You certainly can't carry two in the side. And you can't carry one that can't give attacking impact or get the pill. Mansell was a non event; a terrible selection.

Is Marlion injured? Not on the AFL website.

He was great in the first half.

Ross is the most useless player on the list. Offers NOTHING IMHO.
I'm not his biggest fan but being 'the sub' is a *smile* role and on a hiding to nothing.

After 4+ years can argue if he hasn't secured a spot now he never will. But judging anyone playing the sub role is bollocks. Crap rule and *smile* role.

Add Cotch to that. Had an ordinary game with no impact

Cotch was very good in the 1st half. I think his game time was managed in the 2nd half. Only played 67& TOG but 1st half he was good.

You always seem to watch a different game, where everything we do is rubbish. You must be real fun at parties.

No. Dimma said the plan was always to take him off somewhere around halfway through the 3rd to the end of the 3rd. They took him off at the end of the 3rd so at the top end of the plan.

I hate the sub rule. *smile* it off. Pandering to soccer mums. Players get injured; deal with it. Happens to all clubs.

We won a flag in 2020 with a player down the entire game. Deal with adversity.

We were regularly cut up by opposition half backs last year so I think it's worthwhile having a defensive forward. Whether Mansell is the answer though I'm not sure.

I am sure. He's not the answer. As well as not been able to get the pill he's slow.

Anyway Maurice plays the pressure role already and can give us attacking impact.

Clarke for Mansell. Can apply the same pressure and hurt with ball in hand.

In his presser, Dimma said that Cumbo & Martin play the same role and they are retooling Noahs skill set.

And Ross for Sonsie at some stage.

Was really silly not playing Clarke over Mansell and Ross tonight. Putrid decision
