Reckon “Two phones” is a modern classic
A bit beyond the nicknames, however I did like the descriptive titles Muppet Arms for Fiora and another one from the distant past - Chupacabra for Carl Peterson. And who could forget The Lawnmower. 
Sad fact is the better we've got as a team the less creative/funny the nicknames have become.
