Just another bored summer thread but there is only 12 players left on our list since we last played finals in 2001,gee a lot can change

I was only looking at my 2001 team poster the other day and saw the amazing turnover of players in 4 seasons..but it has been justified. Who have we let go that we regret?

No one. I have not lost sleep over anyone we have let go recently and look forward to the cleanout continuing ;D
Torney was handy type but dont think weve made big mistakes regarding who we have gotten rid of.
More to the point is we havent got rid of most of em quick enough!! And there is still a few more to go that should gone by now already IMO ;D

I lost quite a bit of sleep over us letting Torney go but we got sugar which made the loss easier to swallow. Would still love to have the guy back at tigerland though instead of some that we still have on our list.....

I just woke up with the biggest hangover and came across this thread. I thought, I might as well start the new year on the right foot.

You must be bloody joking CC, what the hell were you sniffing yesterday afternoon? You must of started early, or you had sunstroke.

Please, oh please, look up the defintion of the word elite. You know that we have visitors on this forum from other parts of the world, and you really don't won't to make them laugh at you naming player's such as Tiv, Pets, and Hyde as being elite.

The only player who should be branded in the Elite class over the past 25yrs is Dale Weightman with Richo the best of the rest.
Hope fully this will change over the next 10yrs

GBP you must have a HUUUGGGEEE hangover there...the 12 players CC mentioned are not the elite but the players left over from 2001!

Hard to believe these are the 12 we KEPT really. I think Chaff, Tiva and Pettifer especially must think themselves very lucky.
