So after the pre-season who do we all think will be stepping up in the AFL? Not just Tiger talk now, I'm talking about the whole competition. Obviously we're all hoping Tambling can stamp his authority this season but will he win the NAB Rising Star?

How will the top draft picks in the 2005 national draft fare? Any predictions?

Not in particular order;

Mitchell Clarke
Wayde Mills
Chris Knights
Dale Thomas
Marcus Murphy

I'll leave out my speculative tiger nominees.

Tambling isn't eligible for the award, though we can still hope that he becomes the most exciting youngster in the comp.

In no particular order:

Nathan Jones
Shannon Hurn
Marc Murphy
Dale Thomas
Ivan Maric
Andrew Raines

Chris Knights and Bernie Vince who would be much cooler if his name was Vince Bernie.

Dale Thomas, Mitch Clark, Matthew Bate, Scott Harding.

Chris Knights for me.

All good calls - especially Scott Harding if he gets to replace Richard Hadley (word is he'll be the one to). Also, watch out for Urch at Kangaroos. Big year in front of him. And a little guy by the name of Pearce at Port (Danyle) can play a bit.

MB64 likes Rory Hilton at Euroa - in fact he likes him anywhere but RFC :hihi

well since i started the topic i'd better give my tip which hasn't been mentioned yet

Ben Davies from Collingwood for me.
