Reading through these, it gave me a bit of a chuckle to see the names that are linked to some of our younger blokes.  Interested to get other people's thoughts.  Love the idea of Harts being mentored by Rowlings.  Razor should watch his food while catching up with big John Ronaldson, but I still reckon the funniest pairing would have to be Tivendale & Menegola.   :o

Edit:  I've removed the list because I was advised it was published in the Eye Of The Tiger section of the RFC site last week, and as such we don't have permission to use it.

The club want to keep articles from that site exclusive to members. rosy

Trevor Poole....... now there's a forgotten Tiger.

Anyone know what how he's going and what he is up to these days?

There may be some funny matches, but it's a great initiative by the club.
It's terrific to see former players playing an active role through the mentor program. It sends the right message to young players that their services to the RFC won't be forgotten. It's gestures like this that create a great footy CLUB culture.

Totally agree ToO. I just love some of the mentors put in place, while others do provide a bit of a chuckle.

Agree ToO a great iniatative by the club. I went to guernsey presentation last year and saw the mentors present the jumpers. Any word on if this will happen again this year.

great stuff - find the most interesting to be Casserly & Fowler (what a ripper) and Graham & McLean - says a lot about expectations.

on the funny side - Tuck & Goodwin :hihi

Sorry anyone else who wants to see the list of mentors will have to read it on the EOTT section of the RFC site.

Can actually relate to that one. Tucky a fraction more mobile though ;)

Considering the Player Mentors are in the H/S today they wouldn't be considered exclusive to the EOTT site any more so I'm sure the RFC would have no objections to them being posted here now.

Yeah, Page 95 of the Hun today!

Yes it was in the Pulse column, Daryl Timms seems to have done a bit of a cut & paste job here as its reads almost exactly the same as the EOTT article

Stuart Wigney......wat the hell!

That picture of *smile* Clay and Brett Deledio in the paper today is just sensational......and here is hoping the young man can follow in Clay's super shoes!
