At which round during this coming season will we all start talking about our draft picks for November? If we have an absolutely shocking year, (which after last nights performance is a distinct possibility) when do we start talking about our priority pick and Pick 1?
After our round 1 loss to Carlton?
After our round 3 loss to the Pies?
After our round 4 loss to Freo in Perth?
After our round 5 loss to the Bulldogs?
After our round 6 loss to Hawthorn? (where obvious comparisons will be made)
I honestly think if we start 0-4 this year, its time to start thinking about Rich and Natanui.
Miller has gone on record as saying the club will win more than 3 1/2 games this year. I kind of struggle to believe that at this point.
BTW.....for all you *smile* with your head in the clowds who are saying last nights game was simply a NAB practice match, if anything, Richmond is so true to form that we have a great habit of losing our 1st match in the pre-season competition in years past, which then that form transpires into the season proper. I honestly believe what we saw last night is what we will be served by this group in 2008.
