i feel it is safe to say that at least half to maybe two thirds of this list wont be at the club in 08 anyways for varuious reasons.

What makes you say this, given that half of our list is young and developing at the moment:

15 players aged 17-19.
5 players aged 20-22
8 players aged 23-25
6 players aged 26-28
4 players aged 29-31

Of those 15 aged 17-19 you have:
Thursfield, Jackson, Meyer, Foley, Polo, Raines, Deledio, Roach, Tambling, Limbach, McGuane, Pattison, O-Nicholls, Hughes, Cassardly
20-22
Moore, Hartigan, Krakour, Rodan, *smile*, P Bowden
23-25
Hall, Newman, Coughlan, Hyde, Tuck, Pettifer, Knobel

Out of the above guys, who do you think won't be there?

Of those above 25, I'm guessing you'd say Tivendale, Chaffey, Gaspar, Kellaway, Stafford and Richardson would be gone by 2008.
Leaving Brown, K Johnson, J Bowden and Simmonds on the list with whoever makes your cut.

I'd really hate to see you in charge of the club, there'd be very little chance to build a list as over a 5 year period you'd have turned almost everyone over.
8 players from today's list gone by 2008 (ie taking us to this day in 2 years), I could see that. 20 players or more gone, that's just crazy talk.
