Just heard on the radio from Greg Denham.
We are playing a home game on Gold Coast in 2009.
Will be playing a Melbourne team most likely that would of been fixtured for Telstra Dome.
Would you rather we play one home game on Gold Coast and none at the Dome and 10 at MCG
or would you prefer 8 games at MCG and 3 at the Dome.
Interesting move by the Tigers, one less game we are going to see in Melbourne.
Other teams doing it also are Carlton and St Kilda. Guaranteed $400,000 payment instead of maybe making $50,000 for the game at the Dome.
