Malceski to Suns on a 3 year deal.

$500k per year.

Suns will blow past us next season.

There's this wonderful thing called the 'draft' where teams get new players each year. I expect we may take part in that.

So in the last couple of seasons who has FJ picked?
You must be confident he will pick a few good ones this time.
FJ couldn't spot talent if he tried. Look at all the spuds he has chosen over his tenure there. I hate to say it again F***EN Conca instead of Heppell FFS.
Lets face it he just hasn't got it as a recruiter.

We've nailed pretty much every first rounder for the past 7-8 years. The only questionable ones are Vickery and Conca, but I have faith in both. Particularly Conca.

And don't try and tell me it's meaningless as these players pick themselves. Have a look at Sydney's track record with first rounders. Deplorable.

Why dont we let Emma Quale pick for us. She has picked our 1st rounder correct every time. Oh she picked Heppell not Conca. My grandmother could rise from her grave and pick our first rounder everytime. Why do we need FJ? Its the rounds after this that makes a good recruiter.

If the first round is so easy why do so many clubs stuff it up regularly?

No doubt this trade period looks like been a fairly " boring" one for us an of course same old critics a baggin the club for not been active, but they also bag us for not keeping all our draft picks. IMHO the very few big names are pretty much unattainable unless you want to pay overs , the mid ranges I think so far we have handled well Higgins, Greenwood, Malcheski we have asked the question, summed it up an then not got involved in a bidding war, we no doubt are trying to get something for our fringe's , however you can't sell a 3 legged horse to the Inghams , personally think we are been smart an thinking about 2016 an beyond , next year we will no doubt have to retain most of our main core, an should also be able to use the war chest towards gaining a superstar I.e Danger, Walker, Cameron....I feel the club thinks next year will hope to improve while getting games into youngsters an then adding cream to the cake to have all out assault in 2016

Above is absolutely spot on. There is noone up for grabs that I am gagging for that isn't already spoken for. Beams is the one worth chasing but circumstances don't allow for it.

Paddy wants out of Dons so Tigers should dangle a couple of carrots for him. Vickery & Hampson fire sale.

There we go, fixed that up for you.

The hosts on trade week radio are as delusional as your typical BF poster. Suggesting Varcoe and Pick 54 for Scott Selwood, and Pick 5 for Sam Reid!

- Free agents James Frawley (Hawthorn) and Nick Malceski (Gold Coast) agree to terms
- Melbourne awarded pick 3 as compensation for losing Frawley
- Swan Tim Membrey tells Swans he wants to join St Kilda
- Collingwood a frontrunner to secure North's Levi Greenwood
- Standoff on Beams deal looms as Collingwood seeks Lions young gun in addition to pick 4
- Essendon wants Porn star in return for Paddy Ryder
- Richmond confirms interest in Bomber Jason Winderlich
- Geelong speedster Travis Varcoe the focus of clubs, including West Coast
- Adelaide says talk of Patrick Dangerfield being traded is 'ridiculous'
-Jeff Garlett requests a trade to Melbourne.
-Jono O'Roukre wants to get to Hawthorn or St Kilda.
