Unfortunately I don't know Glenns connection to the club so I can't judge based on that info.

I wouldn't have a clue where the boss got his info from miastar and wasn't saying anything of the sort. I know of others who've heard that way though.
To me a leak would be if confidential info was released before the players were aware of it.
Good One Good One. :rofl :rofl :roflGoodOne said:rosy23 said:miastar said:Rosey, am I missing something? So you are saying the Boss got the info on the delistings from the players.

I read it the same way. It sounded like the players know of their fate and have no obligation to keep it quiet, so ran to the Boss to tell him of their bad news.
Surely if the players are advised, its very unprofessional to not announce it for days. It must be hard enough to handle without having to also respond to questions by reporters and so on about unofficial news. Or are we saying only bonafide PRE-ENDERS read these forums and nothing gets outside these forum walls?
My guess is that if these delistings are true, the players do not yet officially know about it. If a decisions is made, then it should be announced straight away as soon as the players are told.

They do their job which is going out and getting and filtering news to make sure they have the right story rather than relying on hearsay...GoodOne said:Only half the journalists? What do the other half do?

Agreed.thejinx said:This years draft being supposedly weak will be Gilmour's only saving grace. With the super draft coming up next year, Gilmour better solidify a spot in the first 22 otherwise he's gone next year.
Ridley said:This is good news, particularly re Hilton and Morrison. If the club is to move forward we can't afford to carry players like this who are not up to the required standard. Not sure about Archibald as didn't see much of him. Couldn't have been much chop if he couldn't crack a game in two years though. Gilmour may consider himself lucky on that basis.
As for despising players, there's only one where I've come close to it:
Nick "Lamentable" Daffy.
