3 votes on debut

With Dean Polo recieving 3 votes on debut anyone know if its been done in the past?

The big debut that came to mind was McGough against Essendon, but he only got 2 votes.

Recording of votes round-by-round was only introduced in the last 15-20 years; previously there was no way of associating which votes were given for which games.

John Coleman might have got the three for 12 goals in his first game.

Closest I can remember is Scott West.

Played in NO 14 in 1993 acutall made his debut in round 1 but round 5 against Essendon got the 3 votes - finished with 8 votes for the year!

He continues to impress - if polo can follow him i will be very happy!

Has happened once since 1993 (as far back as internet records go) - Scott Cummings 1994.
Adrian McAdam kicked 7 in his first game without getting a vote and got 3 votes in his second game when he kicked 10.
McGough got 2 votes in the Anzac Day match, then 3 the next week.
Crawford and Camporeale also scored 3 in their second games.

What about McGough for the Pies on Anzac Day a few years ago. He won the medal... now plays VFL and will more than likely be delisted from St K.
