So much discussion about our over 30's who should go or not most of the media are saying that the new coach should get rid of all of them, some say keep Richo to allow him to play 300 games?

With Richo there is no guarantee he will make 300 injuries might finally catch up with him & we need to bring on the young forwards ASAP Riewoldt Gourdis Vickery etc.

In my opinion the only 2 we should hold on to are Cousins & Brown only give one year contracts they are the most skilled of all the 30 pluses Brown showed last night that he still has good footy in him & Cousins has only played 2 games for us but his work ethic could be very valuable for all the young guys to learn off.

I chose Simmonds and Johnson. We need to get our young rucks in, and as much as I think KJ was a good player for us, his injury has limited his time.

:(

how will the age spread look if so many over 30s go?
How long before that magical prefect spread is achieved?

Johnson and Bowden should definitely go IMO.

Brown hopefully could have a little trade value in a weak draft if he finishes off the season well. 3rd rounder at best. otherwise delist

Simmonds depends on his form and the form of Graham, Pattison, Browne & co. I would say he's a 50/50 would probably prefer him to go
