1. What is our game plan? Are players instructed to instinctively look towards the wings, as opposed to the corridor? We looked a million times better when we were forced through necessity to head up the guts yesterday. Surely the default would be to look inside and only to the wings if no such viable option exists.

2. Why do our players continually lose their feet?

3. Why do we look like matchsticks compared to the opposition?

4. Do we practice our skills under pressure at training? Skills training is useless IMHO if not done under pressure. Even I can hit targets doing circle work.

5. Are we fit enough to play this game style?

Remember one passage of play yesterday when Bowden had the ball down back and Rance was about 10m away from him. Rance went to run towards him to sheppard a chaser but then when "uhhhh... bugger... I'm supposed to run away 'to make space', so he started to run away. You could then see him stop and head back, then stop and run away before Bowden called him over to sheppard. To me this showed Tezza's "game plan", and it's disastrous results perfectly. Poor Rance, he wanted to do the right thing but his RFC training made it oh-so-much-harder for him. Is it any wonder good players come to us before leaving a few years later having stagnated/gone backwards?

The boot studder was sick?

Cause we recruit them and then have a sub-par training regime in place.

Whilst our training is better than under Dudley, it is still absolutely pathetic! Tommy would have a cardiac if he saw the lack of grunt involved at training.

Simply... nope. :(

Another example was when Bowden was running out with the ball at half back. Newman was right next to him. Newman allowed a Melbourne player to run past him as he made space into the corridor for Joel to pass off to but Joel was under too much pressure to get the ball to Newman because the player that ran past Newmanwas in Joel's face. Surely, a shepherd from Newman to give Joel more space to kick the ball forward would have been the better option as Joel is a reasonable user of the ball. I can understand that ploy if Simmonds or McGuane had the ball but if it's a good user like a Bowden then shepherd him and let him use the ball without pressure.
