Ok - I realise that it's only one win - however I'm really surprised by some of the threads:

"it's only one win - get over it"
'get rid of Richo"

Gutted by the Carlton loss, the reality is we were always a chance to start the season 0-3 (although WB starting to now look shaky)

It was the loss against Melbourne that gets my blood boiling,

HOWEVER

A quick look at the ladder (and the mediocre performance of most clubs) shows that there is a long way to go in this season.

If we had beaten Melbourne - then a win this week against Swans would have us in the 8.

Perhaps Terry had a point regarding the draw?

At the end of the day - it was only one win.

But - the horse hasn't been allowed to bolt yet.

Play like they did on Sat night and we will win more games - and the finals are not out of reach - by a long way.

It starts again this Sunday :clap

Every season there are one or two games you think "Damn, if only we'd won those" and one or two where you think "we could easily have lost that". Looking at the next five games, I'd say three are very winnable. If we get to round 10 at 4-6, or better yet pinch one more and get to 5-5, you never know.

It's nice to be able to think positive thoughts for a change. Don't know why people want us to lose. This is a much better feeling, even if it is only one win.

Maybe Terry should of told us his thoughts about the draw at the beginning of the season, it's easy to make excuses after the horse has bolted.

and what would have PRE been like if he had done that? TW isn't stupid and while it is his objective to win every game and plans accordingly, you would need to be blind freddy (a collective noun that can describe many RFC members and supporters and a lot of PRE) not to realise that if you compare us with a Geelong, we have a long way to go. People forget that Geelong's best team is very much the same as the one that bombed in 2006 and fools were calling for Thompson's head. Two and a quarter seasons seasons later they have won 47 of 50 games. I am not saying we are Geelong, not even close, but there is a very fine line between winning and losing and it has to do with trust and confidence. If we show the same levels of each on the weekend as we did against North, then we should expect to win.
