A beautiful sound-Boys sing the song

I won't be singing along to a performance that saw them hardly crawl across the line against one of the biggest tanking efforts in the history of the AFL.

When times are tough the tough stick tough, celebrate each victory and sing heartily. They don't whinge about a victory like sooks.

Richmond have the four premiership points and they will work hard on the track to get their good skills back for the clash with Sydney this weekend.

The goosebumps Rosy, ahhh, the goosebumps. GO YOU MIGHTY TIGERS.

You really think the bummers tanked Barnzy?

I don't, but I think the Eagles haven't been playing very well up until this weekend. And I hate to say it, but I think their form reversal had as much to do with a phone call from the AFL as it did to their own efforts and the Bombers slide into poor form.

That said, I think the Eagles are worse than a lot of people think. Their midfield is woeful without Kerr, and average with him.

I meant against us Streak. The song is the boys after we defeated Essendon in Rd 17, as it says on the clip.

On the subject of the song, did anyone else notice the footage of Rawlings singing the song after the game? He looked about as interested as I do when forced to sing Happy Birthday at a bash with the in-laws!

I heard from a mate he was highly unimpressed with the boys efforts on Sun and definitely let a heap of them know after the song was sung. Hopefully it's true imho.

No, Melbourne did though. I'll happily sing along to the Essendon victory, was a good win.

It's the best song in the league, any chance to sing it is worth taking. I had a mate who barracked for the Dogs who used to sing our song whenever the Doggies won because he didn't like theirs!
