I actually thought Burton did not take the mark anyway. Disgraceful decision for hands in the back. The sooner they rid this rule of the game the better.
Zoso,
You don't agree that the rule is ridiculous and disallowed a contender for mark of the year?
That is why Jarman was going off his tree about and he was right.
Sure, he sounded more loud than normal because it was a Crows player that had been affected by it, but I felt the same way when Richo had the ball (and a 50m penalty) go against him against the Bombers earlier this season.

and no talented player would come and play for us by choice.

We can't sustain the status quo and our alternate senior players are no better or nearly finished.
Agree with you Zoso but you have to hand it to all those that continue to cause any negativity about this rule & this nutball did his bit as well. Most don't care until it affects them personally.Zoso said:Liverpool said:Zoso said:Liverpool said:He was spot on with his comments regarding the hands-in-the-back rule though....classic stuff after Burton took the mark that was disallowed... :hihi...gave it to Bartlett as well. 8)

I agree the rule is ridiculous, i never disputed that. The way Jarman carried on was over the top, like i said he came across as a *smile*ing idiot, which he is anyway.
If he used his brain as much as his mouth he would have. Heap of talent, unfortunately just a complete moron.Jason King said:Jarman was a legendary footy player. Tis a pitty he didnt get to play much afl as well.
Uhhh... Lance Whitnall anyone?skiptomystu said:Still can't believe he is captain. He is the worst captain getting around, both in leadership and ability.

There is a third option, multiple captains, something which I'm coming around to given our lack of a clear stand out choice.
