A Presidents report - Luke McGuane #38

Crazy Costanza said:
Got beaten by Travis Cloke a number of times against Collingwood because he was not prepared to run hard enough to a contest.

Happy that he is in the team but has to become more accountable. Left Hunter from the Eagles unattended resulting in a goal on Sat.

I suggest we pump him up like we do most Richmond players and then get frustrated when he doesn't deliver week in week out.

Even Browny on the Sunday Footy Show mentioned that he is not the most talented kid but is hard at it.

Hey you quit raining on my parade. This is a proud Presidents report on McGaune not a 'put the boots in thread'. If you want to bag him start another thread. :bash

The most noticable thin about Mcgaune is his ability to close down an opponent even when hes 3-4 meters off the contest

IMO he will just get better and better. He is going to make mistakes but its for a good cause theres no doubt in my mind he can hold down a HBF postion. Dont think he can play as a key defender but I think hes suited to O'Kefee type players.

I think he did ok on Hansen. Hansen got 3 but some of those were times where the delivery was lace out on the break and nothing Mcguane could do. When Mcguane had the chance to compete he did very well.

Kicking does need to improve however. Shocking drop of the ball

Re: A Presidents report - Luke McGuane #38 PART TWO

There was a young fellow called Luke McGuane
He played until Round 7 and then he was gone
Nowhere to be seen
The Coach is so mean
At Coburg he's stuck, oh what bad luck for young Lukey McGuane!
