How far is Old Scotch Oval from the MCG?

Well done GWW.

It is almost a pity that so many tickets are corporate these days, but if you can get to go, why not.

Might be a Magpie grand final all round and wouldn't we all like that :-X :vomit

Maybe Cats v Port... still... :-X :vomit

thoughts of the donut running around with a premiership medal make me sick

Well done Ghost. Enjoy the day...of course you don't need to be told to do that. It sounds awesome. I've never been to an AFL/VFL granny but I imagine the atmosphere would get to you no matter whether the Tiges were playing or not.

Barrack hard for our entrant in the sprint on behalf of all of us...Does anyone know who it is this year?

id cash it in if its an all vic final, make a fortune, bank it and use it to buy tigers tix when we make it if you are like most members and miss out anyways. with all the interest you've earnt in the meantime, you should have some change ;)

congrats by the way

The Big D will not have a Premiership, the Cats are bigger chokers than the Pies.

Hopefully Port will win so the Pies or Cats can miss out.

I think these days it's officially known as The Oval. It's in the Melbourne Park complex with the Tennis Centre and Vodafone Arena and it's an easy walk over the footbridge to the MCG.

For a map, go to

http://www.street-directory.com.au/sd_new/mapsearch.cgi

- select Melway Greater Melbourne
- in Page, enter 2G; in Grid, enter B7
- click the green arrow
- click zoom in, and you will see it labelled as The Oval
