Just announced on Channel 10 sport. They have hired a retired supreme court judge to investigate whether the eagles have done all they could for Cousins as well as the rest of the club, or whether they had fallen down after the meeting with the AFL midseason.
The findings will not be decided by the draft, but anyone approached by the judge must cooperate.
