We've always done interchange anyway. When the stewards came in last week, they booted our boys out from the interchange area, making it harder to do our job. In the end, we're NOT the final arbiters, but can and are lending a helping hand.

You miss the fact that its because Andersen IS a lawyer that he stuffs everything up so comprehensively. He applies legal style remedies to football problems and they don't work.
