That’s a shame. Good on him for having a crack but reading the article it seems there were plenty of challenges.
I’m sure he won’t be short of an assistant coaching gig if he wants it.
Best of luck to the champ.

This is a shame. I thought the concept was great and full credit to Alex for having a crack.

Rance in the news - sounds like his business venture has gone bust

Fortunate for my son & I as I was looking at enrolling him into the school and to further enhance his chances at football.

Lucky for us.

Sad for Rance as it was a very good idea he saw many years ago.

Costs???

That's trying to replicate the American system. Going to school getting your degree while trying to become a NFL or NBA player.
Not sure Aussies like that system.
How about going to school completing your HSC while your playing junior footy.
Gale is a lawyer
Baker is an electrician
Dusty is a model.
Our system works well.

Didn't he just build a house on the GC?

Perhaps moving north?
Yep, clearly he is just finding excuses to close the school so he can return to playing with the Suns and Hardwick.
Its been the plan for a while.
Academy until 2023, then the Suns 2024.

I know for a fact that he was looking for other partners for his Academy only 2 months ago.
