TW thought this list was good enough for september action! He has given it his best shot, he loaded up with hislop, cousins, thomson.... and look where we are! He has misjudged, he has made a mistake! Yeah we are pissed off this has happened, but so be it.... its done! Time to start to move on. TW should coach until we find his replacement. If he wants to walk away... then let him! Ranting and raving .... come on! can u blame them! The tiger army is ruthless.... i dont see the problem! We dont like something... we voice up! Some go too far.... obviously, but nothing wrong with voicing your opinion if its what u believe is for the good of the club!

As a caretaker coach for the remainder of 2009 I reckon Sheedy would acquit himself admirably. If he was not considered the right man then I would look to Pagan or media contract permitting Matthews.
Once one of these was in place as a caretaker coach I would employ a committee made up of Men who have played and/or coached successfully at AFL level, Skills experts, Fitness experts and Management Consultants to arrange a short list of candidates for the board to interview.
I would steer clear of Hawthorn previous players - Wallace and Eade have coached for a long time without premiership success whereas Clarkson seems to be 1 in a 1000.
I would steer clear of ex Richmond players - because they have not tasted nor understand the incredients needed for an AFL premiership.
These would begin to narrow down the possible candidates.
