Andy Collins on SEN tonight

Meyer has only played one game since injury.

Dont expect too much from Will T this year. People are forgetting he had just come back from a knee reco. Will take at least 1 year before you see him return to his best once he returns.

I agree yet everyone wanted Rodan gone after he was doing the exact same thing; coming off a knee reco. I wanted him to have this year to proove his worth. Really liked Rodan. Big mistake letting him go. Seems like people have bias's against certain players.

GO TIGES!!!

And I bet you if we get rid of Krakouer he'll be a star too. It's a richmond thing.

i can not remeber to many richmond players recently who have gone on and stared at another club

It seems they don't generally star, but that they are serviceable.

We draft players that become stars, in my eyes.... Do we make them better players, or do they look better playing for us :don't know

Pre TW I was questioning whether we make players better - I seriously doubt we made any players "better" in Spud's 5 years. And I'm not just sticking the boots into Spud, I really think you would stuggle to find genuine improvement over the potential factor that players arrived with - even the unheralded ones.

I repeatedly requested and waited impatiently for 3 years for Andy Collins to come to Richmond.

I certainly don't want him to be leaving for another club.

Assuming he is seriously after a senior gig, you may be up against it, Phantom.

I think clubs would be well advised to put Andy firmly in their frame if they're on the lookout for a new coach.

Was an impressive character when coaching Mitcham and looks the good at VFL level.

Got every ounce out of himself as a player and appeals as a wily, back pocket, no-frills, hard nut type of coach who could do well at AFL level.

Hopefully he'll get a shot somewhere.

It's amazing how those type of players become good coaches: Sheedy, Malthouse, Worsfold, Roos (not back pocket but no-frills).

You forgot to mention Frawley.

Hey - he was coach of a team that finished third...no worse than Wallace in that respect ;D
