Reports coming in that carlton footballer Jarrad Waite was assaulted, sustaining a fractured eye socket and lacerations requiring stitches, from a glass bottle to the face
Waite in a party of 3 including his girlfriend (who suffered a chipped tooth) was assaulted by a group of 4 others apparently happened down around Geelong.

Geez what's it coming to?
