Does anyone have any pull with those clowns at VEG who sell the DVDs?
I ordered all our three wins this year (saved alot of dough in 07) and the Collingwood one STILL hasn't arrived yet. I ordered it two months ago. I actually ordered it with the Melbourne one and that DID arrive. Also ordered the Essendon one much later and that turned up very quick, too.
After three or four weeks I emailed them - no response. Then I rang them and spoke to someone who said he would bung it in the post right away. That was at least four weeks ago and still nothing has happened.
I've just called them again and got an answering machine which said their office hours were 9-5 Monday to Friday and I should call in those hours or leave a message. Is today a public holiday in Melbourne? By my reckoning it was 3.20 pm on a Tuesday in Melbourne when I rang. I left a (curt) message.
I'm used to being treated like sh!t customer service wise from Danish companies but am disappointed to be getting the short end of the stick from Australia.
