I'll preface what I am about to say by stating, as I mentioned elsewhere on this forum, I've never rated Libba as a coach.
Yet he has staggered me since leaving Carlton. First he indulges the hype around Kouta's book with inside info he was privy to at Carlton.
Tonight he made some crude inferences that
1) Sunbury has a better board, people in power, than Melbourne Football Club based on his application for both coaching jobs.
2) He was "very impressed" by Sunbury's facilities, social club, thinking it stood up there and were possibly better than "some of the poorer clubs like the Kangeroos"
Then he rounds it all of by saying he has not given up on senior coaching at AFL level.
Um someone needs to have a whisper to him about burning bridges...there are not many bridges to begin with to become an AFL coach.
