Robert Walls sacked because the players couldn't execute the coaches plan.
Wallace will go because the players couldn't execute the coaches plan.
We continue to play the same rabbit in the headlights football when pressured. Different personnel, same problem.
Why have we developed a culture where there is an almost complete lack of strong onfield leadership? When we needed players to break lines and continue to do the hard things, nobody stood up and did it.

Is it the expectation and fanaticism of the supporters causing us to go nowhere?
We continue to demand that this player or that should pay the price, instead of letting people try to develop.
Where is the mental fragility coming from?
Players seem to play or themselves, not for the team.
This problem has not been fixed, and I believe we won't go forward until we get the culture fixed.
