Is it true that the Tigers will playing the swans in Canberra next weekend?

If so, does anyone know if the game is on Sat or Sun?

Bull/Syd v Geel/Rich

Saturday March 3rd, 1.00pm

Canberra - Manuka Oval

Going by this we are playing Swans on Sat

the Swans rarely put in for the practice matches. They will start their reserves team and rest the big name players.

Let's hope we don't rush injured players in the team just to please the already angry fans.

We should replace Moore, Hartigan, Jackson, Krakouer, Richo, and Tivendale with the likes of JR, Cass, McGuane, Edwards, Connors, etc so they can get experience. The swans will field a sub standard outfit so we should put some more kids in for exposure and practice.

Just checked on whereis an Canberra seems to be only about 4 hrs from where I will be,so I may just make the trip surley cant be worse ::)

only 2 hours from wagga so mite duck over for a look. Are we definately playing at 1pm sat?

That is what is reported in the media - check the AFL website for confirmation.

Will be interested to read the reports of anyone who goes along. I'm still coming to terms with our weekend loss and the subsequent missing of a tiges trip to Darwin. Won't be the same going to watch Port v bloody geelong - but i'll go anyway. The beer won't drink itself! Mr.Elliot doesn't make them that way!
